We are involved in theoretical research on nucleic acids and proteins. The current focus is on protein and RNA sequence-structure-function relationships (in particular 3D modeling), large macromolecular complexes, and prediction of potential inhibitors of enzymes from different pathogens. We also develop biological databases gathering data about nucleic acids methabolism, RNA modifications and DNA repair pathays
